After applying a set of filters (e.g., “3-Bed Apartment for Rent in Ikeja between ₦2-₦3m”), instead of manually running this search daily, click “Save Search.” This stores the filter set in your dashboard. You can have multiple saved searches for different needs. More importantly, you can activate Custom Property Alerts for any saved search. When activated, you will receive an email or in-app notification whenever a new property matching your exact criteria is listed on the platform. This turns you from an active searcher into a passive recipient of perfect leads.

Inspection Management Tools

The “Inspections” tab is more than a calendar; it’s a coordination hub.

• Unified View: See all your inspections (New Requests, Pending, Completed) in one place, regardless of whether you are the seeker or vendor.

• Integrated Actions: From the inspection card, you can Reschedule (which sends a formal proposal to the other party), Cancel, or Contact the other user directly via their provided phone/WhatsApp number without leaving the platform.

• Automated Reminders: In your Notification Settings, you can enable Inspection Reminders. The system will automatically notify you (e.g., 24 hours and 1 hour before) of upcoming inspections, reducing no-shows.

• Post-Inspection Workflow: The “Mark as Completed” and subsequent Rating prompt create a closed-loop system that concludes the platform-mediated part of the interaction and provides valuable feedback for the community.
