As you explore Properti Nigeria, you’ll find many interesting properties and want to reuse effective search filters. Our “Saved” features help you organize and revisit these easily.

Saving Properties

When browsing search results or viewing a property page, click the “Save Property” icon (usually a bookmark or heart). This adds the property to your personal “Saved Properties” list in your dashboard.

• Why Save? To shortlist options for later comparison, to show a partner, or to monitor if the price drops.

• Managing Saved Properties: In your dashboard’s “Saved Properties” tab, you see all bookmarked listings as cards. You can:

  • Filter by Status: Use the “Filter by status” button (All, Available, Rented, Sold). This is incredibly useful; a property you saved might be marked “Sold” by the vendor, and this filter instantly updates you.

  • Delete: Hover over a card to remove it from your list.

  • Quick Access: Click any card to go back to the full property listing.

Saving Searches

After applying multiple filters (e.g., “3-Bed Apartment for Rent in Lekki between ₦3-₦4m”), instead of re-entering them every time, click “Save Search”.

• Why Save Searches? For instant one-click searches. It’s perfect for monitoring the market for new listings that match your exact criteria.

• Managing Saved Searches: In the “Saved Search” tab, you’ll see cards representing each saved filter set. Click on a card to instantly run that search again across the platform’s latest listings. You can also delete old searches here.

Activity Management

Your dashboard is the log of all your interactions.

• Requests Tab: Monitor the status of your posted requests (Active, Offers Received).

• Inspections Tab: Track the lifecycle of all inspections (Pending, Completed).

• Analytics Tab: Gain insights into your behavior—how many requests you’ve posted, offers received, properties saved.

Using these tools transforms your experience from a series of one-off searches into a structured, managed property hunt. It saves you time, keeps you organized, and ensures you never lose track of a promising lead or an effective search strategy.
