Upgrading, Downgrading, and Plan Restrictions

You can change your Properti Nigeria subscription plan at any time to better align with your changing needs. The process and effects differ between upgrades and downgrades.
Upgrading Your Plan (e.g., Free -> Standard, Standard -> Premium)
-
Navigate to Settings > Packages and Plans.
-
Select the higher-tier plan you wish to purchase.
-
You will be shown a pro-rated price calculation. This means you only pay for the remaining days in your current billing cycle at the difference between your old and new plan prices.
-
Upon payment confirmation, the upgrade is immediate. You gain instant access to the higher quotas and features (more offers, more listings, Area of Coverage, etc.).
-
Your new billing cycle and renewal date are recalculated from the upgrade date.
Downgrading Your Plan (e.g., Premium -> Standard, Standard -> Free)
-
Go to Settings > Packages and Plans.
-
Select the lower-tier plan.
-
The change does not take effect immediately. It is scheduled to begin at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan’s features until that date.
-
Critical Pre-Downgrade Check: Before downgrading, you must ensure your usage complies with the limits of the new plan. For example:
-
If you have 20 Active Listings on a Premium plan but downgrade to a Standard plan with a 15-listing limit, you must unpublish or delete at least 5 listings before the downgrade takes effect. The system may prevent downgrade if limits are exceeded.
-
Similarly, if you have set 20 Areas of Coverage, you must reduce them to 10 or fewer for a Standard Agent plan.
-
Plan-Specific Feature Restrictions
-
Area of Coverage: Exclusive to paid Agent and Company accounts. Not available to Owners or on the Free plan.
-
Sending Offers: Exclusive to Vendor accounts (Agent/Owner/Company) on paid plans only. Free plan vendors cannot send offers.
-
Advanced Analytics: Only available on Premium and, to a lesser extent, Standard plans.
Always review your current usage and the limits of your target plan before making a change to ensure a smooth transition.
