Property Search

The Search function is the familiar method. You can browse thousands of listed properties for Sale, Rent, Lease, or Shortlet. Use our powerful filters to narrow down by location, price, property type, bedrooms, and many other specific criteria to find exactly what you’re looking for in a matter of clicks.

Property Request

The Request system is our innovative twist, acting like “Upwork for Real Estate.” If you can’t find the perfect property by searching, you can Post a Request. Here, you detail your dream property—location, type, budget, specifications, and move-in timeline. This request is published on the platform for our network of verified vendors (Agents, Owners, and Real Estate Companies) to see.

Offers & Match Percentage

Vendors then review your request and, if they have a matching property, send you a direct Offer. Each offer includes a Match Percentage, a smart metric calculated by our system that shows how closely the offered property aligns with your request criteria. This saves you the hassle of sifting through irrelevant options.

Accepting an Offer

Once you review the offers, you can Accept the best one. Accepting an offer automatically books an inspection with that vendor for that specific property. The vendor is notified and must confirm the inspection. From there, you coordinate to view the property either On-Site or via a Video Call. This end-to-end process: Request, Offer, Match%, Inspection, creates a targeted, efficient, and transparent path to your next property.
