The Notification & Acceptance Flow<\/h4>\n

    Alert:<\/strong>\u00a0You will receive a notification and see a new card in your “Inspections” tab under\u00a0“New Requests.”<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Review & Act Quickly:<\/strong>\u00a0Open the card. It shows the property address, seeker’s name, and proposed inspection date\/time. You must\u00a0Accept or Decline<\/strong>\u00a0promptly. A fast “Accept” signals professionalism.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    If You Accept:<\/strong>\u00a0The inspection moves to the\u00a0“Pending”<\/strong>\u00a0tab. The date\/time is now confirmed for both parties. Use the contact details provided to send a quick confirmation message (e.g., “Looking forward to showing you the property on [Date]. The address is…”). This small step is highly appreciated.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    If You Must Decline:<\/strong>\u00a0Only decline if absolutely necessary (e.g., property just became unavailable). Decline courteously and promptly to free the seeker to book another inspection.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Coordinating the Inspection<\/h4>\n

    In the “Pending” tab, you have tools to manage the appointment.<\/p>\n

      Reschedule:<\/strong>\u00a0If you need to change the time, use the “Reschedule” button to propose new slots directly through the platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Cancel:<\/strong>\u00a0If the inspection cannot proceed, cancel here. Excessive cancellations can affect your account standing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Contact Seeker:<\/strong>\u00a0Use the provided button to call or message the seeker directly for logistical details.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Post-Inspection Completion<\/h4>\n

        After the viewing, either you or the seeker can mark the inspection as\u00a0“Completed.”<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        This moves the card to the\u00a0“Completed Inspections”<\/strong>\u00a0history.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Once here, the system will prompt you to\u00a0Rate Your Experience<\/strong>\u00a0with the seeker. Provide honest feedback on their punctuality and seriousness. This community feedback system helps maintain quality for all users.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
