If you have a concerning interaction with a vendor (Agent, Owner, or Company) or have evidence of misconduct, you can report the user directly. This is separate from reporting a specific property.<\/p>\n

When to Report a Vendor<\/h4>\n

Report a vendor if they:<\/p>\n

    Engage in\u00a0harassment, threats, or abusive communication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Exhibit\u00a0unprofessional or discriminatory behavior<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Attempt to\u00a0circumvent the platform<\/strong>\u00a0for suspicious off-platform payments early in the process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Fail to show up<\/strong>\u00a0for scheduled inspections repeatedly without notice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Are\u00a0impersonating<\/strong>\u00a0another person or business.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Have multiple listings that appear to be fraudulent.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    How to File a Vendor Report<\/h4>\n

      Go to the vendor\u2019s public profile page. You can access this by clicking their name on any offer card, listing, or inspection detail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      On their profile, look for the\u00a0\u201cReport User\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0or \u201cReport Vendor\u201d option (often in a menu or at the bottom of the profile).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Similar to property reporting, you will be asked to\u00a0select a category<\/strong>\u00a0for the report (e.g., \u201cUnprofessional Conduct,\u201d \u201cHarassment,\u201d \u201cSuspected Fraud\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Provide a detailed account<\/strong>\u00a0of the incident. Include dates, times, and the nature of the communication (e.g., \u201cOn [Date], during a WhatsApp call to coordinate an inspection, the agent made discriminatory remarks about\u2026\u201d).
