Profile Completion<\/h4>\n

Upon login, navigate to your\u00a0Dashboard > Profile<\/strong>. You will see a\u00a0Profile Completion Progress Bar<\/strong>\u00a0at the top, showing a percentage. This score is based on the information you provide. To increase it:<\/p>\n

    Ensure your\u00a0Full Name<\/strong>\u00a0(or Company Name) is correct. Note: Once submitted or verified, your full name\/company name and email address\u00a0cannot be changed<\/strong>, as they are core identifiers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Add your\u00a0Phone Number<\/strong>\u00a0(validated via OTP) and\u00a0WhatsApp Number<\/strong>\u00a0(can be set to \u201csame as phone\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Input your\u00a0Address<\/strong>. For vendors, you may need to upload a proof of address for verification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Key Limitation:<\/strong>\u00a0Your\u00a0Account Type<\/strong>\u00a0(Seeker, Agent, Owner, Company) is also locked after validation and can only be changed once every 30 days, if needed, by contacting support.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    For Agents, Owners, and Companies, the\u00a0\u201cVerify Identity\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0\u201cVerify Company\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0section is critical. Follow the prompts to upload the required government-issued ID or business documents. After submission, a notification confirms review will take\u00a024-72 hours<\/strong>. Once approved, the coveted\u00a0\u201cVerified\u201d badge<\/strong>\u00a0appears on your profile, significantly boosting trust.<\/p>\n

    Account Settings<\/h4>\n

    The\u00a0\u201cSettings\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0area is your control panel.<\/p>\n
