The process and effects differ between upgrades and downgrades.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Upgrading Your Plan (e.g., Free -&gt; Standard, Standard -&gt; Premium)<\/h4>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Navigate to\u00a0<strong>Settings &gt; Packages and Plans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Select the higher-tier plan you wish to purchase.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You will be shown a pro-rated price calculation. This means you only pay for the\u00a0<strong>remaining days in your current billing cycle<\/strong>\u00a0at the\u00a0<em>difference<\/em>\u00a0between your old and new plan prices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Upon payment confirmation, the upgrade is\u00a0<strong>immediate<\/strong>. You gain instant access to the higher quotas and features (more offers, more listings, Area of Coverage, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Your new billing cycle and renewal date are recalculated from the upgrade date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Downgrading Your Plan (e.g., Premium -&gt; Standard, Standard -&gt; Free)<\/h4>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Go to\u00a0<strong>Settings &gt; Packages and Plans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Select the lower-tier plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The change\u00a0<strong>does not take effect immediately<\/strong>. It is scheduled to begin at the\u00a0<strong>end of your current paid billing cycle<\/strong>. You retain access to your current plan&#8217;s features until that date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Critical Pre-Downgrade Check:<\/strong>\u00a0Before downgrading, you\u00a0<strong>must ensure your usage complies with the limits of the new plan<\/strong>. For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">If you have\u00a0<strong>20 Active Listings<\/strong>\u00a0on a Premium plan but downgrade to a Standard plan with a\u00a0<strong>15-listing limit<\/strong>, you must unpublish or delete at least 5 listings\u00a0<em>before<\/em>\u00a0the downgrade takes effect. The system may prevent downgrade if limits are exceeded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Similarly, if you have set\u00a0<strong>20 Areas of Coverage<\/strong>, you must reduce them to 10 or fewer for a Standard Agent plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Plan-Specific Feature Restrictions<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Area of Coverage:<\/strong>\u00a0Exclusive to paid\u00a0<strong>Agent<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Company<\/strong>\u00a0accounts. Not available to Owners or on the Free plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Sending Offers:<\/strong>\u00a0Exclusive to\u00a0<strong>Vendor accounts (Agent\/Owner\/Company)<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0<strong>paid plans only<\/strong>.
