You can change your Properti Nigeria subscription plan at any time to better align with your changing needs. The process and effects differ between upgrades and downgrades.<\/p>\n

Upgrading Your Plan (e.g., Free -> Standard, Standard -> Premium)<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. \n

    Navigate to\u00a0Settings > Packages and Plans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Select the higher-tier plan you wish to purchase.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    You will be shown a pro-rated price calculation. This means you only pay for the\u00a0remaining days in your current billing cycle<\/strong>\u00a0at the\u00a0difference<\/em>\u00a0between your old and new plan prices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Upon payment confirmation, the upgrade is\u00a0immediate<\/strong>. You gain instant access to the higher quotas and features (more offers, more listings, Area of Coverage, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Your new billing cycle and renewal date are recalculated from the upgrade date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Downgrading Your Plan (e.g., Premium -> Standard, Standard -> Free)<\/h4>\n

    1. \n

      Go to\u00a0Settings > Packages and Plans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Select the lower-tier plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      The change\u00a0does not take effect immediately<\/strong>. It is scheduled to begin at the\u00a0end of your current paid billing cycle<\/strong>. You retain access to your current plan’s features until that date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Critical Pre-Downgrade Check:<\/strong>\u00a0Before downgrading, you\u00a0must ensure your usage complies with the limits of the new plan<\/strong>. For example:<\/p>\n

      • \n

        If you have\u00a020 Active Listings<\/strong>\u00a0on a Premium plan but downgrade to a Standard plan with a\u00a015-listing limit<\/strong>, you must unpublish or delete at least 5 listings\u00a0before<\/em>\u00a0the downgrade takes effect. The system may prevent downgrade if limits are exceeded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Similarly, if you have set\u00a020 Areas of Coverage<\/strong>, you must reduce them to 10 or fewer for a Standard Agent plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Plan-Specific Feature Restrictions<\/h4>\n

        • \n

          Area of Coverage:<\/strong>\u00a0Exclusive to paid\u00a0Agent<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Company<\/strong>\u00a0accounts. Not available to Owners or on the Free plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Sending Offers:<\/strong>\u00a0Exclusive to\u00a0Vendor accounts (Agent\/Owner\/Company)<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0paid plans only<\/strong>. Free plan vendors cannot send offers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Advanced Analytics:<\/strong>\u00a0Only available on Premium and, to a lesser extent, Standard plans.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Always review your current usage and the limits of your target plan before making a change to ensure a smooth transition.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
