Violations can lead to removal of the listing and sanctions against your account.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Mandatory Accuracy &amp; Truthfulness<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Honest Representation:<\/strong>\u00a0Every detail in your listing\u2014location, property type, size, condition, price, availability, and amenities\u2014must be factually accurate and truthful.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Real Photos:<\/strong>\u00a0You must upload genuine photographs of the actual property being listed. The use of stock photos, photos of similar properties, or computer-generated images that misrepresent the actual unit is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Current Availability:<\/strong>\u00a0You must only list properties that are genuinely available for the stated transaction type (sale, rent, etc.) at the time of posting. You must promptly update the status to \u201cSold\u201d or \u201cRented\u201d once the property is off the market.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Prohibited Content<\/h4>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Listings must NOT contain:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>False or Misleading Information:<\/strong>\u00a0This includes bait-and-switch tactics, such as advertising a non-existent discount or a price that doesn\u2019t match the description.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Fraudulent Offers:<\/strong>\u00a0Any attempt to list a property you do not have the legal right to sell or rent, or to conduct a scam.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Discriminatory Language:<\/strong>\u00a0Listings must comply with fair housing laws. You cannot express any preference or limitation based on race, religion, nationality, sex, family status, or disability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Contact Information in Media:<\/strong>\u00a0Do not embed phone numbers, email addresses, or watermarks with contact info on photos\/videos to circumvent platform communication.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Duplicate Listings:<\/strong>\u00a0Creating multiple listings for the same property is not allowed. Use the \u201cEdit\u201d feature to update an existing listing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Inappropriate Media:<\/strong>\u00a0Photos or videos that are blurry, pornographic, violent, or unrelated to the property.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Vendor-Specific Obligations<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Authorization:<\/strong>\u00a0You must have the legal right or authority (as an owner or authorized agent) to advertise the property.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Transparency:<\/strong>\u00a0Clearly state your role (Owner\/Agent\/Company) in your profile. Agents\/Companies must not misrepresent themselves as owners.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Consequences for Violation<\/h4>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Listings that breach these rules may be removed immediately upon discovery.
