This is almost always due to account-type permissions or subscription plan quotas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u201cCan\u2019t Respond to Requests (Send Offers)\u201d<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>You are on a Free Plan:<\/strong>\u00a0This is the most common reason.\u00a0<strong>Vendors on the Free Plan cannot send offers.<\/strong>\u00a0This feature is exclusive to paid subscription plans (Standard, Premium).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><em>Solution:<\/em>\u00a0Upgrade your plan to Standard or Premium via\u00a0<strong>Settings &gt; Packages and Plans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>You Have Exhausted Your Monthly Offer Quota:<\/strong>\u00a0Each paid plan has a limit on offers per month (e.g., Standard: 15). Check your dashboard analytics; it will show your usage (e.g., \u201cOffers Sent: 15\/15\u201d).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><em>Solution:<\/em>\u00a0Wait for your next billing cycle for quotas to reset, or upgrade to a higher plan with a larger quota.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>The Specific Request is Closed:<\/strong>\u00a0The request you\u2019re viewing has already reached its\u00a0<strong>15-offer maximum<\/strong>\u00a0and is closed to new offers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><em>Solution:<\/em>\u00a0Find another active request to respond to.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u201cCan\u2019t Post Properties\u201d<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>You Have a Seeker\/Individual Account:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Only Vendor account types (Agent, Owner, Company) can list properties.<\/strong>\u00a0If you need to list a property, you must create a separate vendor account with the correct type.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><em>Solution:<\/em>\u00a0Register for a new account with the \u201cAgent,\u201d \u201cOwner,\u201d or \u201cCompany\u201d type. You cannot change your account type from Seeker to Vendor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>You Have Exceeded Your Active Listing Limit:<\/strong>\u00a0Each plan has a limit on simultaneous \u201cAvailable\u201d listings (Free: 5, Standard: 15+, Premium: Unlimited). Check your \u201cProperty Listings\u201d tab.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><em>Solution:<\/em>\u00a0You must change the status of some listings to \u201cSold,\u201d \u201cRented,\u201d or \u201cDraft,\u201d or delete old listings to free up slots.
