Your Properti Nigeria profile is your digital identity and storefront. Managing it effectively is crucial for credibility, functionality, and a personalized experience.
Profile Completion
Upon login, navigate to your Dashboard > Profile. You will see a Profile Completion Progress Bar at the top, showing a percentage. This score is based on the information you provide. To increase it:

Upload a clear Profile Picture (or Company Logo).

Ensure your Full Name (or Company Name) is correct. Note: Once submitted or verified, your full name/company name and email address cannot be changed, as they are core identifiers.

Add your Phone Number (validated via OTP) and WhatsApp Number (can be set to “same as phone”).

Input your Address. For vendors, you may need to upload a proof of address for verification.

Key Limitation: Your Account Type (Seeker, Agent, Owner, Company) is also locked after validation and can only be changed once every 30 days, if needed, by contacting support.
The Verification Process
For Agents, Owners, and Companies, the “Verify Identity” or “Verify Company” section is critical. Follow the prompts to upload the required government-issued ID or business documents. After submission, a notification confirms review will take 24-72 hours. Once approved, the coveted “Verified” badge appears on your profile, significantly boosting trust.
Account Settings
The “Settings” area is your control panel.

Notification Preferences: This is highly customizable. Manage alerts for new offers, inspection reminders, messages, security logins, and promotional emails. Tailor these to avoid overload.

Security: Monitor login activity, change your password, and review authorized devices.

Plans & Billing: View your current subscription plan, its features, and usage quotas (e.g., offers sent, active listings). Upgrade or downgrade plans here.

Account Actions: You can temporarily deactivate or permanently Delete Account here. Be aware: deletion is irreversible and removes all your data.
